Wedding Day Timeline

Saturday, June 27, 2026

6:15–6:45 PM – Guest Arrival

Please enter through the south gate off Holmes Road / Highway D and allow plenty of extra time for security to check you in. Parking is available directly in front of the clubhouse.

Enjoy welcome cocktails, live music, and time with friends and family before the ceremony begins.

7:00 PM – Ceremony

Please join us on the event lawn overlooking the golf course as we tie the knot! The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.

7:45 PM – Reception Begins

Following the ceremony, guests will make their way inside the clubhouse for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and celebration.

Once the newlyweds arrive, we will begin speeches, dinner and dancing.

The Party

Once the formalities are complete, the dance floor will be open for the remainder of the evening. We hope you'll join us as we celebrate late into the night!

The reception will conclude at midnight.
